About the role

Creators Mela, from Clyromedia Private Limited, is an influencer marketing and talent management agency working with creators and brands across India and Nepal.

As a Talent Manager you will be the trusted partner for a portfolio of creators: understanding their goals, shaping their brand and bringing them the right brand deals so their audience and income grow steadily over time.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of creators and act as their primary point of contact
  • Build growth plans for each creator covering content direction, positioning and monetisation
  • Pitch creators to brands and negotiate deals that are fair for both sides
  • Coordinate with campaign and operations teams so deliverables, timelines and payments run smoothly
  • Track creator performance and share regular feedback and insights
  • Spot rising creators and help bring them onto the exclusive roster

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media or agency work
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable handling multiple creators and deadlines at once

Nice to have

  • Experience managing creators or public personalities
  • Familiarity with brand deal pricing and rate cards
  • Knowledge of regional creator markets in India or Nepal
