About the role
Creators Mela, from Clyromedia Private Limited, manages brand deals and creator payments across India and Nepal.
As a Finance & Commercial Operations Executive you will keep the money side accurate and on time: estimates, invoices, agreements, vendor bills and creator payouts, with clean records behind every deal.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, invoices and credit notes and follow up on client payments
- Process creator and vendor payments accurately and on schedule
- Maintain agreements, purchase orders and commercial documentation for each deal
- Reconcile payments, track receivables and payables and support month-end closing
- Work with account and campaign teams to keep deal terms and billing aligned
- Support GST, TDS and compliance filings with the finance lead or external accountants
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in accounts, finance operations or billing
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and invoicing practices in India
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software such as Zoho Books or Tally
- High accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience in an agency or services business
- Familiarity with cross-border payments or Nepal-related transactions
- Experience with vendor onboarding and KYC
