About the role
Creators Mela, from Clyromedia Private Limited, runs its creator and campaign operations on custom-built internal tools, including its own CRM.
As a Product, Tech & Automation Developer you will build and improve those tools and automate repetitive work so every team in the company can move much faster.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal web applications, dashboards and APIs
- Automate workflows across campaigns, finance, HR and creator operations
- Integrate third-party services, messaging, email and payment or accounting platforms
- Work with team leads to turn operational pain points into shipped features
- Write clean, tested, documented code and review teammates' work
- Monitor performance, reliability and security of production systems
Requirements
- 1-4 years of professional software development experience
- Strong skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and in SQL and REST APIs
- Experience building and deploying web applications
- Comfort working directly with non-technical users to understand needs
Nice to have
- Experience with FastAPI, React or Next.js
- Experience with workflow automation, scripting or AI/LLM tooling
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD and cloud deployment
