About the role
Creators Mela, from Clyromedia Private Limited, manages an exclusive roster of creators across India and Nepal.
As a Creator Acquisition Associate you will scout rising creators across niches, build relationships with them and move the best ones through our talent pipeline until they join the roster.
Responsibilities
- Discover high-potential creators across niches, platforms and regions
- Evaluate creators on content quality, audience, engagement and brand fit
- Reach out, pitch the Creators Mela roster and track conversations in the talent pipeline
- Move leads through each stage up to onboarding onto the exclusive roster
- Maintain accurate lead notes, sources and conversion data
- Share trends and breakout niches with the talent and strategy teams
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent scouting, social media or sales
- Strong eye for content and an active understanding of Instagram and YouTube
- Confident communicator in English and Hindi, comfortable with cold outreach
- Organised and consistent with follow-ups and record keeping
Nice to have
- Existing network in the creator community
- Experience with influencer discovery or analytics tools
- Knowledge of regional language creators
